The Festival of Lights

Its season of festivals in Nepal. Just three weeks before Nepalese people celeberated their biggest festival called Dashain. Now its time for festival of light called "Tihar" in Nepali toungue. This is celeberated for five days. The first day is "Kaag Puja", means worship of Crow. The hindu religion is nature lover. We worship trees, grass, animals and statue of God. So they feed crow on the very first day "Tihar". The second day is "Kukur Puja", means worship of Dog. Dog is a faithful animal, so it is worshipped on this day. The third day is "Laxmi Puja", means worship of goddess of wealth. On this day people worship money and other properties as the symbol of Goddess Durga. They believe that the Goddess will be happy and bless with the wealth to the worshippers. The forth day is "Gai Puja or Govardhan Puja", means worship of Cow. They put garlands around the neck of cows and feed them good grass. The fifth day is the day of climax. It is called "Bhai Tika", means day that the sisters put tika in her brother's forehead.
This way we Nepalese celeberate this festival of light. From the beginning of this festival, people lit candles, lamp of oil etc to make the house bright.

My life and my goal

Everyone has a goal I think. All folks want to enjoy the life regardless of their conditions. Very few of them born rich but more than 95% people born with problems, loans and conditions including their boundless aspirations.
So I do have dreams, goals and ambitions in life. I think everyone should have ambitions. But what is ambition and what is meant by success? Still I am in dilema. Is earning a lots of money is the criteria of success of a person? Is to be a leader, the criteria of success? Is being popular among some folks is the criteria of being a success? Different people have different perception in this matter.
But I think to be a good person is a success. To be harmless to no one and being able to help someone is success. I don't think richest person can be successful unless he becomes a good individual. If he doesn't have knowledge about life and its real goal, he cant feel that he secured something in his life. So I think my goal isnt make money and collect property but collect knowledge and understand the real meaning of life.

How Am I Feeling These Days?

These days I am really upset about many things. Few days ago one nepali boy Ashok Bhattarai was killed in Texas. This is the situation of USA. Imagine how is in Golf countries. Few days ago one woman was killed. We listen bad news about Nepali workers suffering in Golf countries. Our Chelis are suffering in the homes (rather say hell) of muslims in these countries. I am totally against sending any nepali women to work in golf countries. Can Maoist government stop this ?
