Are we Nepalese Safe in USA ?

These days the murder of working Nepalese immigrant in USA is increasing. Just before a month ago, one Nepali Business man in Georgia, Atlanta was killed. Suddenly yesterday another Nepali young man named Ashok Bhattarai age 21 was brutally murdered while he was working in a store. He was working in a gas station named "First Stop Store" while the criminal entered and shot him to death and escaped with money about $ 5,000 dollars. Its a sad news for all Nepalese around United States of America.
I heartly express my condolence to the effected family of Ashok and pray to god to provide them the power to overcome this stunning situation. I would also ask all Nepalese in Texas or whole USA if possible to extend their hands to support the family of deceased.
Further more I would suggest all Nepalese working in convenience stores to be very careful while working. Please try not to argue with any customers if possible. Do your best to serve but dont put yourself in danger discussing or confronting with any customers which can lead you in unwanted situation.

Dream Life Of USA

Everyone says, "american life". I used to wonder what is american life? they used to say "japanese wife, chinese diet and american life" . I married nepali girl. Sometimes I eat chinese food and now I am leaving american life. So I have two things out of three. But they were wrong. Nepalese wife is better than those two. No spice in chinese food where as we like spicy hot food. There is no life in america. work, work and work but after you pay bills, you dont have a dime in your hand. what a busy, hard, boring life? No one cares about you even your girlfriend wont look at you if you dont have money and body.

HOW YOU FEEL ?

This is my attempt to bring different things together to the viewers of this blog. I wanna do more and more in this blog to satisfy the visitors. I have just started this blog recently, so I need to work harder to make it better. So I want comments from all viewers how can I make it more interesting and informative.

Baisalu Maya

MY BACKGROUND

I always wondered to be a journalist. I am kind of social person and more friendly to common people. I like interacting with new people and explore new places. As a member of poor family, I had not many choices in my life. Options were limited and sometimes no options at all. Studying in a government school of Baglung, in the beginning of my school, we even didn't have benches to sit on. We used to bring mats from home to sit. The classrooms were open and narrow. It used to be dusty floor where I learn my lessions.
I wasn't a brilliant student but not a dumb neither. I used to stand in 4th in my class every year. But with my aspirations high, I kept working hard to get high school. After school was over, I migrated to Chitwan for higher education. In Birendra Campus in Bharatpur-Chitwan, I finished my bachelor's degree securing second division. Before that I already had started my career as a teacher in Boarding school. Days were tough, dreams were high and the possibilites limited, I struggled for a better life. Medium class family, less chances of jobs and endless thoughts made me more serious.
We had a joint family with five brothers, mum and dad. Right after my bachelor's degree completed, we were seperated. The three elder brothers remained outside and my younger brother and me who were unmarried and fighting for future, had to handle the family without any job and earnings. My brother whose name is Ganga was a student leader of Baglung district and used to stay there except some days in ever few months. So I was alone taking care of my parents in the undescribable economic crisis of my life.
